Prior to departure, your incidental account must be settled with the front desk to receive a departure ticket. All guests, regardless of incidental account expenditures, MUST check out with the front desk to receive a departure ticket.

Airport Arrival

CEO Mexico will be at the airport March 8th to assist you with your transfers to the resort. The shuttle bus or motorcoach ride will take approximately 75-90 minutes depending on traffic and flight arrival time. They are currently doing major upgrades to the roads leading into and out of the airport, we expect there will be delays.

Upon clearing immigrations, collecting your checked luggage then through customs, please proceed directly outdoors, bypassing the “gauntlet” of timeshare booths and taxi vendors. The team at CEO will be wearing bright green shirts and holding Sigler signs for easier identification.
