Luggage & Travel Tags
Luggage tags will be provided prior to your departure. Please be sure to insert a name card or business card to assist the bellman in delivering your luggage at the resort.

Fiji requires the use of an electrical adapter/convertor for your AC devices. Each room is equipped with USB chargers for mobile devices but laptops will require an adapter. Curling irons, steamers, hairdryers and other electrical appliances such as blenders will require a SPECIAL adapter. Here is a link to the basic adapters for laptops: Basic

Electrical Adapter Information
The resort has been requested to maintain a separate account for your incidentals. Any personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, spa treatments, business center, etc., are your responsibility. You may pay for these services at the time they are rendered or charge them to your incidental account. Prior to departure your incidental account must be settled.
Incidental Expenses
Travel Documentation
Government issued passports are required for travel outside the United States. Passport must be valid 6 months beyond departure date and have at least 2 blank visa pages. Passport cards and permanent resident cards are not valid for air travel to Fiji.
Name Badges
Please wear the provided name badges for identification at the airport, and during any private functions.
Hospitality Desk
On arrival day the Hospitality desk will be in the main lobby near the check-in registration desk. After arrival day we will move the desk to the Ocean veranda overlooking the main pool on the same level as the main lobby. Rosie's of Fiji will be on hand to assist with all of your optional excursions.
Personal Valuables
There are safety deposit boxes available in all rooms. Please utilize these boxes during your stay.
Airport Arrival
Rosie's DMC of Fiji will be at the airport to meet and greet you upon exiting baggage claim and direct you to the awaiting transfer vehicles. While in baggage claim, there are Duty Free shops and currency exchange services if desired.

All baggage allowances are per person and included at no additional charge on Fiji Airways flights. Any luggage exceeding the limits above will incur fees payable at airport check-in. Golf clubs and certain specialty items will be subject to additional charges.

Connecting Flights & Baggage Transfers
If you have a connecting flight to Los Angeles (LAX) or San Francisco (SFO), please check directly with your connecting airline regarding their checked baggage fees and policies. Checked baggage fees on connecting flights are the responsibility of the traveler.
For travelers connecting through LAX or SFO to Fiji Airways:
You must claim your checked luggage at baggage claim upon arrival.
Your luggage will not be automatically transferred to Fiji Airways.
You are responsible for transporting your bags to the Fiji Airways terminal and re-checking them with Fiji Airways.
